PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be processed immediately upon receipt of your order and regardless of the shipping date. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer service team and request a refund before your order's assigned shipping date. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard as forms of payment.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The product is provided "as is" with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind. Ground Systems Research explicitly excludes and disclaims any and all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any implied warranties arising from a course of dealing or course of performance or usage of trade. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of the product. Ground Systems Research does not warrant that the product will operate uninterrupted, be free of errors, or that all defects will be corrected.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Ground Systems Research accepts returns of items that are in their original packaging, with all instructions and receipts, and haven't been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order's ship date to receive a refund, and shipping costs will not be refunded. There may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are altered in any way, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Exchanges are also available, and customers must contact customer service to initiate a return, which takes 2-3 business days to process.
PRECISION

Such inaccuracies may include, but are not limited to, errors in stock status, product descriptions, pricing, images, sizing information, and availability. Customers will receive a notification regarding the shipping date within 2-3 business days after the order date.
