Thank you for choosing Ground Systems Research for your gear needs. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Options

Customers can select their preferred shipping method through USPS or UPS at checkout on our website, www.groundsystemsresearch.com.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Lubbock, Texas and will be processed within 1-3 business days (weekends not included). This means that it will take 1-3 days for your package to leave our warehouse and then be in transit with the carrier (UPS or USPS). We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Please note that during peak periods, such as new product releases or holidays, we may experience a high volume of orders and as a result, shipments may be delayed by a few days leaving our warehouse.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To get an estimate on shipping, please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. As carrier shipping charges are frequently updated, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Ground Systems Research ships to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FP/DPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages when sent using this method.

Order Tracking and Confirmation

If you would like the ability to track your order, please choose an option with tracking during checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it's possible that you may have inputted your email address incorrectly. If you create an account on our website, you will also be able to view tracking information, account information, address book, and order history.

Damages or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Ground Systems Research is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged or lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting the carrier directly.
