Refund policy

 

At Ground Systems Research, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns on the condition that the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt, and have not been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must be received within 30 days from the order ship date to receive a refund for the order items. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from original. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Returns must be marked as a return or warranty on the customs declaration or may be subjected to charges of custom fees during the refund process.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and repurchase the new item. If the new item is not in stock, you will need to wait for a restock.

How to Request a Return: To request a return, please contact customer service. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
